cloudburst quality serviceOne of the most important aspects of owning a sprinkler system is servicing and maintaining it to keep it in optimal performance and protect your investment. Cloudburst offers full repair and maintenance services including winterization, spring start up and comprehensive checkups to all residential and commercial customers, regardless of whether the system was originally installed by Cloudburst.

Cloudburst employs experienced service technicians whose only job is to keep your system running perfectly. Our service techs participate in ongoing education and training programs and are certified product professionals. Whether your current system is in need of upgrading, repairs or general maintenance, a knowledgeable service technician  will evaluate your current system, bring to your attention any repairs that are needed or any changes that could be made to provide you with an the most efficient irrigation system.

Exceptional customer service is our first priority and all service appointments receive an advance call to remind you of the date and time of your scheduled service. Our professional and friendly office staff is available to answer your calls personally and address any of your billing or scheduling questions and requests. Cloudburst provides on site billing for your convenience.

  • Change irrigation main water line
  • Activate all zones to check performance of controller, rain sensor, valves, and sprinkler heads
  • Make adjustments needed for proper coverage of irrigated areas
  • Program controller for automatic watering and replace controller back-up battery (standard 9v only)
  • Alert homeowner of any necessary repairs, and or recommendations for optimal performance (if needed)


MID-YEAR CHECK-UP
- (Optional)

  • Adjust rain sensor setting according to the varying weather conditions Activate all zones to check performance of controller, rain sensor, valves, and sprinkler heads
  • Make all adjustments needed for proper coverage of irrigated areas
  • Reprogram controller for automatic watering and check controller back-up battery (standard 9v only)
  • Alert homeowner of any necessary repairs, and/or recommendations for optimal performance (if needed)
  • All mid-season appointments will be scheduled in July and August


WINTERIZATION

  • Close irrigation main water line
  • Clear all irrigation lines of water using air compressor
  • Clients are urged to schedule winterization as early as possible. Clouburst Lawn Sprinkers is NOT responsible for any type of freeze damage occurring prior to winterization. See Service Plan A for details.

beautiful resultsCloudburst offers three service contract options to meet your individual needs:

New Construction Service Contract:
Annual spring start up and winterization which includes a 5 year warranty on all new construction when Service Plan A is purchased for five consecutive years (does not include outside damages).

Annual Maintenance Contract:
Spring start up and winterization with an optional (our technicians will advise of any repairs needed) mid season check up to adjust your clock and check for maintenance and repairs needed.

Comprehensive Service Contract:
Service Plan B - Installed by Cloudburst Lawn Sprinkler Systems. All services are performed including spring start up, winterization and a mid season checkup (our technicians will advise of any repairs needed). All parts and labor are covered in maintaining, servicing or repairing your system as needed. Outside damages are not included.
